ZIRCON ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Color Although Zircon also comes in red, orange, yellow, green, brown and colorless, the blue Zircons are the most popular.
Sources Zircon is produced in Thailand, Cambodia, Sri Lanka Burma and Brazil.
Treatment Blue Zircons are produced by heat treating colorless Zircons from Thailand and Cambodia.
Care The facet edges of heat treated blue Zircon tend to chip so care must be taken to avoid any hard knocks.
Inclusions All of our material has been selected to be eye clean.
Uses Zircon is suitable for well protected jewellery settings.
Value Zircon is relatively inexpensive although fine colors and large sized command higher prices.
